1. Appointments

Appointments booked through this website are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Please arrive on time — late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we can offer the slot to another client. Please contact us on +44 1652 000000 or at hello@cocoteethwhitening.co.uk as soon as possible.

3. Suitability for Treatment

All clients are asked about relevant medical history and suitability before treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a treatment where we believe it is not suitable for you, in the interest of your safety.

4. Payment

Prices displayed on this website are correct at the time of publishing and are confirmed at the time of your consultation. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Results

Treatment results vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin or tooth condition, lifestyle and aftercare. While we aim for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee a specific result.
