Consultations
Yes — every new client starts with a short consultation so we can understand your skin, goals and medical history before any treatment begins.
The initial discussion is included as part of your first booked session; there's no separate consultation-only charge.
Treatment Safety
Yes. We use sterile, single-use needle tips for every client and follow strict hygiene and aftercare protocols throughout.
Microneedling isn't suitable for active skin infections, certain skin conditions, or during pregnancy for some treatment areas — this is covered during your consultation.
Recovery
Most clients see redness settle within 24–48 hours, similar to mild sunburn. Express sessions typically cause less visible redness than full facials.
We generally recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying makeup to the treated area.
Pricing
Our Microneedling Express Session starts from £50, with our signature Microneedling Facial at £80. A 6-session course is available at £420. See our Treatments page for full pricing.
Yes — our 6-session Microneedling Facial course and 6 Express Sessions package both offer a saving over booking individually.
Appointments
All bookings are handled through our Booksy page — simply choose your treatment and a time that suits you.
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another client.

This depends on your goals — many clients start with our 6-session course for cumulative, longer-lasting results, while others use express sessions for maintenance.
Some clients notice an initial glow within days, with fuller collagen-related improvements developing over 4–8 weeks per session.
Aftercare
You'll leave with clear, personalised aftercare guidance covering skincare products to avoid, sun protection, and how to care for your skin over the following days.
We recommend avoiding intense exercise, saunas and swimming for at least 24 hours after treatment to protect healing skin.
Skin Preparation
Arrive with clean skin where possible, avoid retinoids for a few days beforehand, and let us know about any new products or medications.
