2. Consultations
All new clients are required to complete a consultation before any treatment is carried out. This allows us to assess your suitability for treatment and discuss your goals, medical history and expectations. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments can be requested via our website, phone or email and are confirmed by our team. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are starting guides only. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation based on your individual treatment plan and the amount of product required.
5. Treatment Risks & Aftercare
As with all aesthetic treatments, there are inherent risks which will be discussed in full during your consultation. You will be provided with written aftercare guidance following your treatment, which should be followed carefully to support your results and recovery.

While we always aim to achieve the results discussed at consultation, individual results can vary due to factors including skin type, lifestyle and how your body responds to treatment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
