1. Bookings
All appointments booked through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking has been received. A booking is not guaranteed until you have received this confirmation.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a request for a deposit on future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the length of the delay, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to protect the appointments of clients booked after you.
4. Pricing
Prices listed on this website are accurate at the time of publishing but may vary depending on nail length, condition, and design complexity. Any additional cost will always be discussed and agreed with you before your appointment begins.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, infections or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a service where it is not safe to proceed.
6. Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful environment for every client. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
7. Results & Aftercare
We will always provide aftercare guidance to help your nails last as long as possible. However, the longevity of any service can vary depending on individual nail condition, lifestyle and aftercare followed at home, and cannot be guaranteed.
